Peaceful fresh water canal home with heated pool. Incredible Value.
This is the house you want to rent!!!! We are residential remodelers from Minnesota and have owned and rented the home for 9 years. We stay at the property for several months in the winter and are constantly making improvements for ourselves and our guests. We have a well stocked home and do not charge for electricity! We have great reviews and strive to make your stay extraordinary.
The house has an open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances ,Cambria Counter tops with island, new washer and dryer. The pool is heated and is enclosed by a large Lanai with outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area and we have a pool fence if needed for children. We have a cement dock with lounge chairs and fishing poles with tackle in the garage.
This is a very quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village. The house is fully furnished and has a large new gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.
This home is located close to Sandoval and Surfside shops in SW Cape Coral.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and it never disappoints. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and sofa, great views and spacious. It’s like a home away from home. Great location will definitely be returning.

We came to visit family and had a wonderful time! A great house and location. The pool was amazing! Greg was an excellent host and responded quickly. We’ll return for another visit!
